Mr. William Foster Lewis, Sr., 69, of Palmyra, Virginia died on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at residence in Palmyra, Virginia .

Born Wednesday, November 30, 1949 in Palmyra, Virginia , he was the son of the late Jack Roger Lewis and the late Mary Ann Langhorne Lewis. He was the husband of Julia Mae Allen Lewis. He attend Fluvanna County Public Schools.

He was a member of Thessalonia Baptist Church.

Surviving are sons, William F Lewis, Jr., Joe Lewis, Sean Lewis, Anthony Lewis and Chris Lewis, daughter, Amanda Lewis; 17 grand children.

Celebration of Life service will be held noon on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Thessalonia Baptist Church 677 Thessalonia Road Bremo Bluff, Virginia 23022.
